Terms of service
The terms that govern your use of CloudDialer. Last updated 1 July 2026.
1. Who we are
CloudDialer is provided by Riot Tool ApS, a Danish limited company. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@clouddialer.net. The terms apply to every organization and user that creates a workspace or otherwise uses CloudDialer.
2. The service
CloudDialer is a cloud-based sales and telephony platform for business customers (B2B): CRM, browser dialer, SMS, automation and integrations with e-conomic, Shipmondo and others. The service is not aimed at consumers, so consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, keeping passwords confidential, and ensuring that users in your workspace comply with these terms. You may not use the service for unlawful calls or messaging, including marketing that violates the Danish Marketing Practices Act or the GDPR.
4. Prices and payment
The CRM core is free. Paid plans are billed per user per month at the prices shown on the pricing page. Calls and SMS are additionally billed on usage (per minute / per message). Prices exclude VAT. Payment is handled via Stripe. If payment fails, access to paid modules may be suspended after notice.
5. Termination
Subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled effective at the end of a billing period, directly in the product or by email. Prepaid amounts for the current period are not refunded. After cancellation you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
6. Uptime and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Support is provided by email at hello@clouddialer.net during normal Danish business hours.
7. Limitation of liability
CloudDialer is provided as is. Riot Tool ApS is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business, profit or data. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
8. Changes, governing law and venue
We may change these terms with reasonable notice; material changes are announced by email or in the product. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
