Customer portal
Let your customers reorder, pay and pull their own paperwork
Switch on a self-service login for the accounts you already sell to. They reorder in one tap, download invoices and statements, and settle quotes themselves — so your reps spend the day selling, not resending PDFs.
No password to forget
A login that takes one tap
Your customer asks for access; you send a magic link by email or SMS, or both. They tap it and they are in — no account to create, no password to reset, nothing for your team to administer. The link is good for 24 hours and works once, so an old message in an inbox is not a way in.
- Sent over email, SMS, or both from one button
- 24-hour, single-use link — no shared passwords
- Nothing for the customer to remember or your team to reset
What they can do for themselves
Everything an account asks for, without asking you
One-tap reorder
Order history is right there. A customer reorders a past order in a single tap instead of emailing your rep to ask what they bought last time.
Invoices and statements
Customers open their invoices and pull a full account statement, downloadable as CSV or XML for their own bookkeeping — no "can you resend that?".
Quotes they can pay
Open quotes show up in the portal. The customer reviews and pays on the spot, so a yes turns into a paid order without a back-and-forth.
Their own pricelist
Each account browses the catalogue at the prices that apply to them, so they can plan an order without waiting on a number from you.
Addresses they manage
Shipping and billing addresses are theirs to keep current. New delivery point? They add it, and your next order ships to the right place.
Order history at a glance
Every past order, what it contained and where it stands — the answer to half of your support questions, already on screen.
From a name in the dialer to a self-serving account
How a lead becomes a buyer
You close the deal
A lead you have been working becomes a customer in CloudDialer — same record, no re-keying, no separate system to set up.
You send the link
One button issues a magic link over email or SMS. The customer taps it and a buyer account exists — no onboarding form, no password.
They serve themselves
Reorders, invoices, statements, quotes and addresses all live behind that login, so the account keeps moving without a rep in the loop.
Where it sits
One record behind the rep and the customer
The portal is not a bolt-on with its own copy of the data. It reads the same customer record your reps work from — the same orders, the same quotes, the same per-account pricing. So when a customer reorders or updates an address, your team sees it immediately, and nothing falls out of sync between two systems.
- Reorders land as real orders in your pipeline
- Per-account pricing follows the customer into the portal
- Address and order changes show up for your reps at once
Common questions
Do customers need a password?
No. Access is a magic link sent by email or SMS. It is good for 24 hours and works once, then it is spent — so there is no password to share, leak, or reset.
Can customers pay through the portal?
Yes. Open quotes appear in the portal and the customer can review and pay them there. Payments run through Stripe.
In what format can they download their statement?
An account statement downloads as CSV or XML, so your customer's bookkeeper can import it directly. Individual invoices are available too.
Where does a portal account come from?
From a customer you already have. When a lead becomes a customer, sending one magic link turns that record into a buyer account — no separate signup.
Is the customer portal on every plan?
It is a module you switch on. The free CRM core covers your team's own work; the portal is one of the modules you add when you want customers serving themselves.
Hand your customers the keys
