Built for the Nordics

A sales suite that already speaks your market

CVR lookups, moms that adds up, Danish and Swedish call transcripts, and a direct line to e-conomic. The parts of Scandinavian B2B that global tools leave for last are the parts we started from.

Type 8 digits, get the company

CVR lookup, built in

Enter a CVR number on a lead or customer and CloudDialer pulls the official record straight from the Central Business Register: registered name, address, industry code, company type, founding date, and employee count. The registered address lands as the billing address, so the contact you call is the company the tax math is based on.

  • Name, address, industry code and company type filled from the source
  • The CVR address becomes the billing address that drives currency and VAT zone
  • Looked-up records are cached, so the same company is not fetched twice
  • Works the moment a lead lands, not after a manual cleanup pass

Moms, not a generic tax field

VAT that matches how the Danish year is filed

Outgoing moms on sales, incoming moms on purchases, net payable or refund: CloudDialer reports it on the periods a Danish business actually files on, whether you settle quarterly, half-yearly, or monthly. The customer's billing-country is the single source of truth for currency and VAT zone, so a booked order freezes and an unbooked one recomputes when the facts change.

  • Quarterly, half-yearly and monthly periods, labelled the way you report them
  • Outgoing, incoming, deductible and net moms separated, not lumped together
  • Billing-country drives the VAT zone, so cross-border sales are not guesswork
  • A what-if simulator to see a period's net moms before you commit

The Nordic essentials

Set up the way a Scandinavian team works

Danish + Swedish first

Three languages ship at full coverage and Danish and Swedish lead the list, with seven more available for the surfaces that need them.

Transcripts in the right language

Calls are transcribed with Danish, Swedish and English detected automatically, so a Swedish call reads as Swedish.

e-conomic in the loop

Sync customers, products, invoices and the chart of accounts to e-conomic, with the direction of each entity under your control.

One number per market

Present a Danish or Swedish caller ID your prospects recognise, so more calls get answered.

Per-person language

Each seller works in their own language and hears coaching in it too, without splitting the team across tools.

Rules tie it together

The automation engine connects these modules so a CVR enrich, a transcript and a sync are one flow, not three tabs.

Your books stay your books

A direct line to e-conomic, on your terms

CloudDialer keeps customers, products and the chart of accounts in step with e-conomic, and reads booked invoices back so the moms report reflects what is actually settled. Sync direction is configurable per entity, and writing invoices back is off by default. Nothing is posted to your accounting unless you turn that on yourself.

  • Per-entity control over pull, push and how conflicts resolve
  • Invoice write-back ships off, so you decide what reaches the ledger
  • Booked invoices read back to keep collected vs uncollected moms honest
  • Customer names and product names stay owned by CloudDialer, not overwritten on every sync

Questions a Nordic buyer asks

Does it actually look up CVR, or do I type company data by hand?

It looks it up. Enter the CVR number and the official record fills in: name, address, industry code, company type, founding date and employee count, with the registered address set as the billing address.

Will the VAT match how we file?

Yes. moms is reported on quarterly, half-yearly or monthly periods, with outgoing, incoming, deductible and net split out. The customer's billing-country sets the VAT zone, so cross-border sales are handled rather than assumed.

Does connecting e-conomic mean it starts posting invoices?

No. Sync is configurable per entity and invoice write-back is off by default. It will read and keep records in step, but nothing reaches your ledger until you choose to enable that.

Can a Swedish seller and a Danish seller share one workspace?

Yes. Language is set per person, so each seller works and is coached in their own language while everyone stays on the same data.

Are calls transcribed in Danish and Swedish or just English?

Danish, Swedish and English are detected automatically, so a Swedish call is transcribed in Swedish rather than forced through an English model.
