Questions worth asking

How long are recordings kept?

600 days by default, after which they're deleted automatically. You can set a different retention window per campaign if a particular type of call needs to be kept for more or less time.

Can it tell the agent and the customer apart?

Yes. Transcripts are produced with two separate speakers, so the agent's lines and the customer's lines sit on their own. The exact wording of an objection and the response to it are easy to read back.

Does it handle Danish and Swedish?

Yes — both are first-class. The language is chosen from the number you dialed, so a +45 call is transcribed as Danish and a +46 call as Swedish without anyone configuring it per call. Norwegian, Finnish and German are recognised by prefix as well.

Is there live coaching during the call?

No. Coaching happens after the call: once the transcript is ready, Anton leaves tips and call insights you can act on next time. There's no in-ear whisper while you're talking.

Can I search what was said on past calls?

Yes. The transcribed text is searchable by phrase across calls, and you can match several terms at once. From a result you go straight to the recording and the lead it belongs to.
