Questions about enrichment

Where do the contact details come from?

Official company registers and the company's own published contact and team pages. CloudDialer reads what a company has chosen to put online — it doesn't invent numbers.

Do I have to turn it on?

Yes. Enrichment is switched on per organization in Settings, with a daily limit and a cap on contacts per lead, so you stay in control of how much it runs.

What if a company has no website?

Enrichment needs an email, CVR, company name or website to start. If it can't find a site or a contact page, it tells you instead of guessing.

Does it work on existing customers too?

Yes. The same lookup enriches both new leads and existing customers, so a record that has gone stale can be refreshed.
