CRM core

One customer record the whole sales team can trust

Customers, contacts, orders, quotes and products live on a single record — not scattered across five tools that disagree. It is the free, always-on foundation, and every module you switch on reads and writes the same data.

The shared foundation

Everything about a customer in one place

Contacts, addresses, orders, quotes, invoices and credit notes all hang off the same customer record. When a rep opens a company, they see the whole relationship — not a phone log here and a spreadsheet of orders there. Because it is one record, the modules you turn on later inherit it for free: the dialer, commission tracking and reminders all act on the same customer, never a copy.

  • Customers, contacts and addresses on one screen
  • Every order, quote and invoice tied to the company that placed it
  • No re-keying when you switch a module on — it reads the data that is already there

What the core gives you on day one

The pieces a B2B sales desk actually runs on

Customers and contacts

Companies with the people inside them — multiple contacts per customer, each with their own role, phone and email.

Orders and quotes

Build a quote line by line, turn it into an order, and keep the history of both on the customer it belongs to.

Products and pricing

A product catalogue with categories and price groups, ready for quotes and orders without leaving the app.

Danish VAT, handled

The customer's country sets the VAT zone — domestic, EU or outside — so tax and currency follow the rules, not a guess.

CVR lookup

Type a CVR number and pull the company name, address and industry code straight from the Danish business register.

Reports

See income, trends and breakdowns by period, and export the detail to CSV when you need it elsewhere.

CVR lookup

A new customer, set up in seconds

01

Enter the CVR number

Eight digits is all it takes. CloudDialer queries the Danish business register for you.

02

The record fills itself

Company name, billing address, industry code, founding date and employee count come back and land on the customer.

03

VAT and currency follow

Because the billing country is now set, the VAT zone and currency are derived from it — no manual tax fiddling.

Why one record matters

Modules that agree, because they share a source

Most teams end up with a stack of tools that do not talk: the phone system, the order list, the commission sheet and the reminder emails each hold their own version of the customer. CloudDialer turns that on its head. The CRM core is the single source, and each module is a view onto it. Switch on the dialer and it calls the contact already on the record. Switch on commission tracking and it pays on the order that is already there. Nothing to sync, nothing to reconcile.

  • One customer, read and written by every module you enable
  • No import-export dance between disconnected tools
  • Turn a module off and the data stays — it lived in the core all along

Questions teams ask first

Is the CRM core really free?

Yes. Customers, contacts, orders, quotes, products and reports are the free core. You pay only for the modules you choose to switch on — the dialer, commission tracking, reminders and the rest.

Does it handle Danish VAT correctly?

The customer's billing country sets the VAT zone — domestic, EU or outside the EU — and currency follows from it. Tax is driven by where the customer is, not a default you have to remember to change.

How does CVR lookup work?

Enter a customer's eight-digit CVR number and CloudDialer pulls the registered company name, address, industry code, founding date and employee count from the Danish business register, then fills the record for you.

What happens when I add a module later?

It reads the same customer data the core already holds. There is no migration and no re-keying — the dialer calls the contact that is already there, and commission pays on the order that is already there.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Reports break down income and activity by period, and you can export the underlying detail to CSV to use in a spreadsheet or anywhere else.

Start with the core. Add the rest when you need it.

The CRM is free and ready now. Switch on the modules that match how your team sells, whenever you are ready — they all build on the same customer record.
